The Bhakti Toolbox: Gifts of the Gita

A four-week series

Thursday evenings: Feb 7 - Feb 28

The Bhagavad Gita is a practical guide for day-to-day living, and an awareness of its teachings is one of the greatest yogic tools available to us. The Gita also includes a wonderful, in-depth description of Bhakti Yoga.

This next module, ‘Gifts of the Gita,’ isn’t a book study group, or one long lecture, but is an experiential space of satsang and sharing using the Gita as a backdrop. Each week we will introduce one of the book’s core themes and explore practical ways to apply these concepts to our day-to-day lives.

***Even if you took this course the first time we offered it, our understanding of the Gita gets deeper and richer every time we revisit it, so if you feel drawn to be with us again, please come!

‘Gifts of the Gita’ is ideal for:

*Those wishing to deepen their understanding of Bhakti Yoga
*Anyone wanting an introduction to the Bhagavad Gita
*Lovers of the Gita who'd like to explore the teachings in a group setting
